She takes her client on a case by case basis. She dives into your personal reasons as to why you’re in a certain position. There is a mental barrier a lot of times to staying consistent, eating right, exercising. She breaks that down so you’re more able to do that. Her knowledge and seeing what food actually does to your body. And how your habits you pick up can impact your health. I’ve played sports my whole life, ran track and played football, basketball. When it comes to working out, I would do team exercises instead of personal exercises, that was one of my barriers. I think she really helps break down barriers by educating you on certain things and giving you small little tips to use going about your day.

Jeanie has helped me completely make a transition to eating properly. She gives a grocery list, meal idea, brochures. Very interesting. I’ve never been one to believe diets and stuff, she's been helping me really get it under control so I don't have discomfort when I have BMs. What's really helped me understand what exactly I'm doing. Getting rid of bad bacteria and getting good bacteria. If I have a problem I can just call her and we can find out what triggers that. This is a big giant life change for me. I've lost weight but she told me not to focus on that and more on my diet and health. I really feel like she helps me personally. I know it’s only gonna get better, I'm very impressed. What I like about her approach is that she didn’t just give me a crash diet, she gave me something that was more sustainable. Sustainability is important for me, she gave me a practical diet that supported my training needs and I didn’t have to be miserable while doing it. Primarily focused on diet and nutrition. Switched to a ketogenic diet but it was tailored to my diet needs. I am inclined to do more powerlifting, so she would augment my carbs to supplement those goals.
For me, my blood sugar has been better than it's been in the past three years. I do my own work out plans, but she gives me diet and nutrition (supplements) that help me personally. With my training I need a heavier carb intake and with her, she was able to find that balance for me. She took more of a strategic approach for me. I saw there were parallels between what I was trying to achieve and how I wanted to approach it. She put me in a position where I no longer struggled to do it by myself.
